Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp analytical mindset, a knack for data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to lead the marketing team in collaboration with leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. You will be instrumental in crafting content strategies, managing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across digital channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Google, social media, and other digital platforms. Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and is optimized for SEO.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- SEO & SEM: Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns, focusing on keyword research, bid management, and on-page SEO.
- Audience Insights: Analyze target audience behavior and preferences to refine digital marketing strategies and deliver an enhanced customer experience.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain detailed records, and prioritize effectively.
- Expertise in Google Analytics and in-depth understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign strategies, including planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization, as well as best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including strategies such as on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy.
- Experience with managing and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to achieve marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of third-party tracking and serving technologies, including DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics.
- Preferred knowledge of CRM/Salesforce reporting and analysis.
- High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Curiosity about the digital marketing ecosystem and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of design and marketing tools such as Canva, Figma, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Jasper AI.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
