We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer who is deeply familiar with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and has a strong foundation in product development. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow modules, particularly in the healthcare domain. You will play a pivotal role in building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support our mission of meaningful, impact-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective ServiceNow solutions.
  2. Design, develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business needs.
  3. Drive the full lifecycle of healthcare product development, from planning and requirement analysis to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release optimization—ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as FHIR and OpenEHR.
  4. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and integrations in alignment with platform best practices.
  5. Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and deliver new features.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to ServiceNow platform governance and industry-standard development practices.
  7. Lead requirement-gathering sessions, identify functional and technical gaps, and propose innovative, user-centric solutions.
  8. Support ongoing operations, including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning for existing ServiceNow modules.
  9. Document technical implementations and contribute to internal user training, SOPs, and support materials to ensure long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

  1. 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  2. Strong expertise with key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
  3. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.
  4. Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development cycles.
  5. Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  6. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and working with ServiceNow APIs.
  7. Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and external system communication.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good to Have

  1. ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (any specialization)
  2. Experience with specialized modules like ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps
  3. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
