Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Perform ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, content creation, and social media strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing and paid advertising campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and adjusting for optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Design, Content) and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize customer experience.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics and digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and refining marketing efforts.
  • Lead client and internal presentations, reporting on KPIs, campaign successes, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with web design principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot’s Inbound Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media interaction and building client relationships through innovative campaigns.
