We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications and integrations to meet business requirements
- Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new features to ensure the platform is being used effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Developer certification (Dev 401/Platform Developer I)
- 2-4 years of experience developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
